Nokia Lumia Turns Blue for T-Mobile – Nokia Lumia 800 Blue Edition
Nov 29th, 2011 | By phoneslimited | Category: TelecommunicationsThe new blue edition of the Nokia Lumia Windows 7.5 smart phone has now been released on a third UK network, you can now buy the Nokia Lumia 800 Blue on T-Mobile contract deals as well as O2 and Vodafone which this latest Nokia phone was previously launched on.
Nokia Lumia Blue deals on T-Mobile are currently only available with two offers, neither of which offer a free Blue Nokia Lumia 800 phone, this is mostly because the handset is still going through an exclusive launch period with the Phones4U Group who have put together cheaper contract deals on both Vodafone and O2.
The best of these is on Vodafone at just £26 per month with a free phone, this deal for the Nokia Lumia Blue edition includes 250MB of inclusive data which this Windows smart phone will need to connect to the internet via fast 3.5G, there are also 100 minutes of calls and 500 text messages included in the package to use every month.
The new Nokia Lumia offers the latest Windows 7.5 operating system known as Mango and had an official launch party in London just last night hosted by Deadmau5 (see video), onboard is an 8 mega pixel camera featuring Carl Zeiss optics for high quality still shots as well as 720p video capture.
The new operating system is impressive, using tiles to personalise the home screen you can choose to see instantly updated information such as news, incoming emails, social networking updates and other applications so you know exactly what is going on and when, Nokia have also included their new streaming radio service and music store as well as the brand new Nokia Drive software which allows you to download maps for using with GPS so that you do not use up chunks of your data or need a 3G signal during your journey.
On the front of the Nokia Lumia 800 is a 3.7 inch AMOLED touch screen display using Nokia’s ClearBlack technology for a crisp and clear experience, the sides of this screen almost seem to disappear into the sides of the main blue casing which almost lifts images on the screen producing a 3D effect, all of this is powered by a 1.4Ghz processor keeping things running smoothly and speedily.
If you’d rather stay away from mainstream phone like the iPhone 4S or Samsung Galaxy S2 this latest Nokia smart phone is a great alternative.
